The Easter Bunny spoiled Colten this year.  Colten followed a trail of Puffs to his basket, which was hidden in the bathtub.  He had a lot of fun finding it...enjoying the snacks along the way!

Last weekend Colten started climbing the stairs all on his own.  He is having fun!

Colten had a fall this week while he was trying to walk.  Fortunately the doctor said he'll be OK, but will be sporting a black eye for a while.  He's been such a good sport!

 

We went to the Children's Play Gallery for the first time.  Colten had a blast exploring the Gallery, playing with different toys, and people watching.  Here he is showing off that shiner!

Since Christmas Colten has been a busy little man.  He started swimming lessons, now has three teeth, had his first birthday, and today was his first story time at the library!

Merry Christmas!  Colten had a wonderful first Christmas.  He enjoyed unwrapping his gifts, rolling around in the wrapping paper, and playing with the boxes.  He received a lot of fun gifts, which he started playing with once the wrapping paper and boxes were thrown out.  :)  And, he chose Christmas Eve for another milestone....he fed himself Cheerios for the first time!  He has also been cutting his first tooth...a busy 11th month for the little guy!

Colten started crawling this week!  Right now it's a slow process for him, but we have a feeling that any day he'll pick up the speed.  You can also see in the video that he can identify his book...among many other things (a cup, his butterfly rattle, and his ball).
